Done
Done is local: the save leaves Today’s read and your open list, and does not come back after a quiet refresh. It does not remove the bookmark on X unless you choose Unbookmark yourself.

Done items leave this list for good.
Export
From the Reader, Export one save as a zip (markdown + media within limits). From Settings, export or import a full backup of your local data. Upload elsewhere yourself — Noya does not OAuth into other apps.
